Terms of Service

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Welcome to GlazeLuxe.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GlazeLuxe website and any purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, “GlazeLuxe”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GlazeLuxe. “You” and “your” refer to the person accessing our website or purchasing from us.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms affects or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

1. About GlazeLuxe

GlazeLuxe is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom.

Business Address:
GlazeLuxe
Upper Holme Farm
Lyonshall
Herefordshire
HR5 3JU
United Kingdom

Email: help.glazeluxe@gmail.com

Our online store is operated using Shopify.

Some products may be stored, processed or dispatched by third-party fulfilment partners located in the United Kingdom or overseas.

2. Using Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes.

You must not knowingly:

  • Use our website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of our website.
  • Introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
  • Infringe another person's rights.
  • Provide deliberately false information when placing an order.

We may take reasonable and proportionate action to protect our website, customers and business where fraudulent or unlawful activity is suspected.

3. Products

We aim to describe and display our products accurately.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography and normal manufacturing variations.

Nothing concerning these minor variations affects your rights where goods are faulty, materially different from their description or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer law.

Product availability may change without notice. We may change or discontinue products, provided this does not unlawfully affect orders already placed.

4. Cosmetic Products

GlazeLuxe sells cosmetic and personal-care products.

Products should be used in accordance with the instructions, precautions and warnings provided with them.

Information provided on our website concerning cosmetic products is for general and cosmetic purposes and is not intended to constitute medical advice.

Individual results and experiences may vary.

If you experience irritation or an adverse reaction, discontinue use and seek appropriate professional advice where necessary.

Nothing in this section limits our legal responsibilities concerning product safety, product conformity or your statutory consumer rights.

5. Orders

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the products contained in that order.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing, delivery and contact information.

After ordering, you may receive an automated confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order where there is a legitimate reason, including:

  • The product is unavailable.
  • Payment cannot be authorised.
  • There is an obvious pricing or listing error.
  • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse.
  • We cannot lawfully fulfil the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken and you are entitled to reimbursement, we will refund the relevant amount using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

We will not arbitrarily cancel accepted orders in a way that unlawfully prejudices your consumer rights.

6. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

The total price and applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

You are responsible for checking your order before submitting payment.

Payments are processed using the payment methods offered through our checkout and may be handled by third-party payment providers.

We will not intentionally impose undisclosed mandatory charges after you have agreed to purchase.

7. Promotions, Discounts and Free Gifts

GlazeLuxe may offer promotions including:

  • Discounts.
  • Promotional prices.
  • Bundles.
  • Free gifts.
  • Limited-time offers.

Promotions are subject to any conditions clearly communicated with the relevant offer.

Where an offer states that free Glow Drops are included with each qualifying Body Glaze, the Glow Drops form part of that promotional offer while the promotion is available.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined.

Where a qualifying purchase is validly returned, an associated promotional free gift may also need to be returned where lawful and where this requirement formed part of the promotional terms.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Shipping and Delivery

GlazeLuxe sells to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally.

Some orders may be processed or dispatched directly by third-party or overseas fulfilment partners.

Delivery times displayed on our website are estimates unless we expressly agree to a guaranteed delivery date.

Delivery can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs processing or other transportation delays.

For UK consumer orders, goods will be delivered in accordance with applicable consumer law, including applicable requirements concerning agreed delivery periods.

Using suppliers, fulfilment partners or delivery companies does not remove GlazeLuxe's legal responsibilities to its customers.

9. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import requirements, duties or taxes depending on the destination and circumstances of the order.

Where charges are legally the customer's responsibility, this will be handled in accordance with applicable law and information provided at or before purchase.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

International delivery times may vary.

10. Risk and Delivery

Responsibility for goods during delivery will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where applicable consumer law provides that risk remains with us until goods come into your physical possession, nothing in these Terms alters that protection.

Please contact us if an order arrives damaged or incorrect or appears to have been lost in transit.

11. UK Cancellation Rights

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you will generally have a legal right to cancel an eligible order without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions.

For goods, the statutory cancellation period generally expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

After notifying us of a valid cancellation, you generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

These statutory cancellation rights are separate from any additional voluntary return policy we offer and from your rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

To exercise an applicable cancellation right, contact:

help.glazeluxe@gmail.com

12. Hygiene and Sealed Products

Certain sealed goods may be exempt from the normal statutory cancellation right where they are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and become unsealed after delivery.

Where this statutory exception genuinely applies, the cancellation right may be lost after the relevant seal is broken.

We will not rely on this exception where the legal requirements for the exception are not satisfied.

This does not remove your rights where a product is faulty, unsafe, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fails to conform to the contract.

13. Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy contains further information about returns, refunds and the process for requesting a return.

For an eligible change-of-mind return, you may be responsible for the direct cost of returning goods where applicable law permits this and you were appropriately informed.

Where a UK consumer validly exercises their statutory cancellation right, we will refund any standard outbound delivery costs that applicable law requires us to refund.

If you selected a more expensive delivery method than our least expensive standard delivery option, we are not required to refund the additional premium delivery cost where the law permits.

Nothing in these Terms or our Refund Policy limits your statutory rights.

14. Faulty, Damaged, Unsafe or Misdescribed Products

Goods supplied to UK consumers must meet applicable legal requirements, including requirements that they are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.

If you receive a product that you believe is faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrect or materially misdescribed, contact:

help.glazeluxe@gmail.com

We may reasonably request photographs, videos or other relevant information to help us investigate and resolve the issue.

Such requests will not be used to unlawfully prevent you from exercising your statutory rights.

Where applicable law requires us to bear reasonable return costs for faulty or non-conforming goods, we will do so.

15. Refund Processing

Where a refund is due, it will generally be issued to your original payment method where reasonably possible.

We aim for refunds to appear within approximately 5–10 business days after processing, although your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

Where applicable law requires a refund within a particular deadline, the statutory deadline takes priority over this estimate.

16. Order Changes and Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible:

help.glazeluxe@gmail.com

We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or stopped once processing or fulfilment has begun.

However, this does not remove any statutory cancellation or return rights that subsequently apply.

17. Customer Accounts

Customers may have the option to create an account.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and providing accurate information.

Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may reasonably restrict or suspend an account where necessary to prevent fraud, protect customers or maintain website security.

18. Reviews and Customer Content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content to GlazeLuxe, you must not knowingly submit content that:

  • Is false or misleading.
  • Infringes another person's rights.
  • Contains unlawful material.
  • Impersonates another person.
  • Contains malicious software or code.

We will not knowingly represent fake reviews as genuine customer reviews.

19. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, GlazeLuxe branding and original content owned by us are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, commercially exploit or falsely represent our protected branding or original content as your own without permission, except where applicable law permits.

Third-party trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.

20. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable consent requirements.

21. Third-Party Services

We may use third parties to provide services including:

  • Ecommerce infrastructure.
  • Payment processing.
  • Order fulfilment.
  • Delivery.
  • Customer communications.
  • Analytics.
  • Advertising.
  • Website functionality.

Some links on our website may direct you to independently operated third-party websites.

We are not responsible for independent third-party websites merely because we link to them.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that GlazeLuxe cannot legally exclude, including responsibilities concerning orders placed with us.

22. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our website to:

  • Commit fraud or other unlawful acts.
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights.
  • Transmit malicious software.
  • Attempt unauthorised access to accounts or systems.
  • Deliberately interfere with website security.
  • Unlawfully collect personal information.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Place fraudulent orders.

We may take proportionate action against misuse.

23. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website accessible and operating correctly but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Access may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical problems, security reasons or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

This does not affect your rights concerning orders or contracts already made with us.

24. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability or consumer rights relating to:

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Faulty or unsafe goods.
  • Goods that are not as described.
  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

Where limitation of liability is legally permitted, any limitation will be applied only in a manner consistent with applicable law.

We do not seek to avoid our legal responsibilities simply because a supplier, fulfilment provider, payment provider or courier was involved in an order.

25. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control to the extent permitted by law.

Where such circumstances materially affect an order, we will take reasonable steps to minimise their impact.

Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, services, website or applicable law.

Updated Terms will apply prospectively from the date they are published unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes will not retrospectively remove contractual or statutory rights relating to orders already placed.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.

28. No Waiver

If we do not immediately exercise a right available to us, this does not necessarily mean we have waived that right.

29. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer outside England and Wales, nothing in these Terms deprives you of mandatory consumer protections available to you under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from bringing proceedings in a court where they have a statutory right to do so.
